I had a fun-filled weekend this past weekend with my sweetie. I met a lot o Andy's friends from his freshman year at BYU. We went to ghiradelli square and indulged in a mixed berry sundae, walked through china town, toured Muir woods, went to Stinson beach(very beautiful beach near Muir woods), went to the Oakland temple for Andy's friends wedding, went to a few delicious places to eat including :a delicious sandwich shop near Lafayette, a sandwich shop near Stinson beach, and a Korean restaurant ( I had never tried Korean food before ), I tried a few new things but the smells of some of the dishes made me a little apprehensive to try anything else, so I stuck to rice and vegetables. We went to the reception, went out to see the avengers( definitely buying the box set when all the movies come out). We enjoyed church today. I taught the lesson in nursery today about sharing. I love those little kids. They are so adorable. We went to the beach a little later today to watch the eclipse. It was really really neat! Especially with the pacific as a background. Andy also buried Indi. Here's a few pictures from our nonstop weekend.

academy of art spring show 2012

Andy standing with his runner-up best of show piece. (the picture with the gold sticker). There were so many awesome pieces in the show. The judges of he show were art directors from New York. They judged the pieces the day before the show was open to the public. Andy was super excited when he saw the sticker by his.

Mother's Day

Church was nice today. I love watching the primary sing in sacrament meeting on holidays. The primary in our ward is much smaller compared to my ward back in Utah. I am really enjoying being in the nursery. We decorated jewelry boxes for mothers day.  I need to take pictures of the kids. They are so so cute! I love kids. They are so funny.

Andy has been pretty busy with school and is illustrating a couple children's books. He got into the spring show, which is two weeks away.

I've been doing well also. I like how busy I am with both my jobs, but sometimes find myself complaining  when Andy is home with Indi and I'm out of the house. I just like being with my sweetheart:)
I've been listening to the second Hunger Games "Catching Fire." We downloaded an app called "overdrive." It allows you to listen to audiobooks from whatever library in your area. If they book you don't want isn't available, you are just put on a waiting list. You get a couple weeks to read the book before it is unavailable.

We've been mountain biking a lot recently. There are so many beautiful trails here.

Indi is doing good. We really want to find a friend for her. She gets lonely staying home by herself and literally cries and whines while were away during the days Andy's at school and me at work. We aren't going to be able to get her another wiener dog friend until we move back to Utah in a year in a half or so. We have some beautiful condos picked out where we want to move to, but who knows where we'll end up.

The weather here has been in the sixties more days than not, and in the low seventies a couple days a month. It's usually foggy here, but occasionally the sun will come out. It's funny, just over the hill it's 15-20 degrees warmer over there. But because we live right next to the ocean, we get fog.

Just a little update!

Hope all our family is doing well! Happy Mother's day to both our mothers!
