Sunday afternoon walk today.

Puppy Heaven

Kids in a candy store a.k.a pups in the toy aisle. We took the dogs to Pets Mart and let them pick out which toys they both wanted. It was so cute. Indi chose a pink frisbee, and Cort chose some miniature tennis balls that squeaked. They kept whining and barking because they were so overwhelmingly happy with all the different assortments of toys that were there. They were in heaven, literally.

L.O.V.E.

Valentine's Day was a few days ago, but i took some pictures and forgot to post them. I found several objects in our apartment and thought that I would do an "All Pink" picture. I spy with my little eye four cupcakes, a toothbrush, a girl supposed to be chasing a white rabbit, and pink juicy earrings?

Lazy Day

Today Andy and I had intentions to go out and use a cool app on our I phones. Its an Amazon app that allows you to scan bar codes of anything and compare the price of the item to their site. We looked outside and the bad weather did it for us. Its raining. Blah. So instead, we have been having a Harry Potter marathon. Andy got me all the Potter movies in a set for my birthday.

One of my absolute favorite things is snuggling up to my sweets and our two adorable pups. I don't know what I would do without them. Andy and I have been looking for apartments to move to (contract ends in May), but our options are pretty limited. There aren't a lot of dog friendly places to live. They are better behaved than children! If only they knew how adorable and precious our two fluff balls were. Oh well, prayers and luck will hopefully be on our side!

Last week my mom called telling me that all of the cancer in her neck wasn't removed. The doc got all that he could see and removed her lymph nodes but a week or so later was greeted with the news that she still had more cancer deeper in her neck. My poor sweet mother. It's been heartbreaking to feel of her pain, but on the other hand has made our family so much closer. My faith has grown and I know that the Lord answers prayers. She has to undergo surgery again next Friday. I hope all goes well and that she knows that I pray for her everyday.

Night at the Lake.

Bike Ride.

Andy and I went on a fun ten mile-or-so bike ride alongside Utah Lake the other day. Cort was so cute. I was carrying him, so I couldn't see how he was reacting but Andy said that he looked as happy as can be. We wanted to bring Indi, but she outgrew this dog carrier so Cort got some solo time.

I love using magazines as accent pieces when I decorate. I cut-out interesting pictures from my magazines and made collages out of them and put them in frames. It was a fun afternoon project that completed the room.

I'm legal.

When I walked in the door from work on my b-day, my sweet husband greeted me with roses. He took me to this new fun center in the Riverwoods called The Provo Beach Resort. We played all sorts of arcade games and made each other laugh- pretty much the entire time. Aferwards, he took me to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner, where they sang happy b-day and gave me a little mini sundae. It was a fun afternoon date with my love.
